The Career Strategist: Interview Edition is a new interview coaching program by The Talent Project’s founder, Katrina Ungar, leveraging more than 15 years of in-house and agency recruitment experience. Its an experiential learning program that mirrors the interview process and is designed to help candidates show up with confidence and clarity in today’s competitive job market.

The Program
Mock Interview
This session is split into two parts - a 30 minute mock followed by immediate performance feedback from a recruiter.
Confidence Building
Together the coach and participant will review the StrengthsFinder results and curate the participants unique value proposition.
Job Search Strategy
In this session we will define your mission, vision and core values as it relates to your job search. Additionally you will receive job search tactics and resources for the ever-evolving job market
Live Resume Review
In this live workshop, you’ll work with a coach to craft an ATS-friendly resume that clearly showcases your impact. Together, you’ll transform your experience from a list of responsibilities into compelling results.
Live LinkedIn Review
In this live workshop we will audit your LinkedIn profile from a recruiter’s perspective, with a focus on key elements: headline, summary, and experience.
Final Mock Interview
In our final session you will apply what you’ve learned throughout the program, reflect on key learnings and leave with a personal action plan to hold you accountable.
